Klup is looking for an entrepreneurial and marketplace minded product leader who is ready for a new adventure! Tech for good, that’s what we do at Klup. Together with you we want to reach our ambitious mission to connect and inspire one million over fifties by 2026. Our award winning social platform (app) is ready to scale and you will play a crucial role within this next phase. Your mission

As the Product Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of Klup’s growth and impact. You will lead the product/dev team and be responsible for the product development strategy and execution within Klup. Your role will encompass a blend of strategic vision, hands-on leadership and execution, and a relentless focus on user experience. Happy kluppers is what we aim for en therefore we need a great platform! You will be closely working together with founders Michelle and Michiel and we are ready to scale fast and preferably internationally, are you in?🚀

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and execute Klup’s product roadmap in alignment with our mission and ambitions.
• User-Centric Design: Champion a user-first approach, conducting research, gathering feedback, and iterating to enhance user experience continually.
• Team Leadership: Lead, grow, mentor and inspire our product/dev team.
• Innovation and Differentiation: Stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities, and drive innovation to keep Klup at the forefront of the market and a key player within AgeTech.
• International Expansion: We have big ambitions – Strategize and execute Klup’s expansion from a platform perspective, understand and adapt to (potential) new markets.
• Collaboration: we are a small and creative team so you will be closely working together with marketing and other teams to drive overall company success. 
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a proven experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably in a startup or scaleup environment.
• Has experience with building a marketplace(s).
• Has strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset – ready to invest in this role and see the opportunity – with a passion for driving impact and innovation.
• Has a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and product development processes.
• Has experience in international expansion and market adaptation is a plus.
• Has excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy.
  

What We Offer:

• You will have a key role within the management team and success of Klup, next to founders Michelle & Michiel
• Klup is doing (financially) well and currently without external investors, a great spot to be in and ready to scale
• The opportunity to make a meaningful impact by connecting and empowering individuals over fifty.

• Annual salary of €60.000 – €72.000 (depending on experience)
• A stock option plan is offered
